RV & Trailer Sites - 50 and 30 AMP: Level RV sites available. Electric and water hook ups (4 sites available) $40.00/per night (2 people), full hookup with sewer $45.00 per night. Two people per site, each additional person $5.00 per night. SEE DETAILS
110 VLT/15 AMP Electric hook ups $25.00 (PER TENT OR TRAILER)/per night (2 people), each additional person $5.00 per night. SEE DETAILS
BATH HOUSE: We provide separate bathhouses for men and women. Both bathhouses have private dressing room with each shower. Hair dryers are provided in the bathhouse. Washer and dryer also available.

CHECK IN TIME: After 2:00pm daily, or as rooms become available. If you know you will be arriving early, let us know in advance and we will try to accommodate you.

CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00am

RESERVATION POLICY: Room, cabins, bunkhouse ,RV sites, and Rent a tents are by reservations only and must be guaranteed with a deposit equal to your first night’s charges, stays of 5 or more nights require a deposit equal to your first 2 night’s charges. The deposit will be charged to your credit card 60 days prior to your visit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We have a 30 day cancellation policy with a $20.00 cancellation fee per reservation. This means that if you give us 30 days notice we will give you a refund minus $20.00 for each reservation cancelled. Cancellations less than 30 days results in forfeiture of your entire deposit.

NO SHOWS: If you do not show up and have not called to cancel your reservation your entire reservation will be charged to your credit card.

EARLY DEPARTURES: Early departures are considered cancellations of reserved days and are subject to the appropriate nightly charge. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURE

PET POLICY: CABINS AND ROOMS -No Pets allowed in any rooms or cabins. RV SITES – Pets must be kept on a leash and walked in designated areas. Please do not leave your pets unattended and pick up after them. CAMP SITES – Pet can not be left alone at campsite while you go riding. Pets must be kept on a leash, walked in designated areas and picked up after them. If your pet barks excessively and disturbs other guest you will be ask to leave.
